Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC) is the leasing division of the home construction and real estate company Lennar. A developer and lessor of luxury apartment rentals in exciting urban markets, LMC wanted a brand that appealed to older millennials with an above-average income and a hunger for both premium amenities and a strong sense of place. I collaborated with a team of brand strategists and designers to develop the company's tone and voice, then crafted copy for web, marketing collateral, and company swag.
LMC wanted to announce their new brand in a unique and fun way. Together with a team at Butchershop Creative, I developed the story concept and co-wrote the script for a video that transforms a simple lamp into an impetus for an emotional journey.
